APPRENTICESHIP & AWARENESS PROGRAMS

(i) Educational Apprenticeship

Agrovince is developing an “on-the-job” internship system across Africa to provide valuable work experience for students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
All internships are paid positions offered for a specific duration, depending on program requirements.

Interns are assigned specific tasks and participate in a variety of projects based on their business unit or field. This allows them to apply the skills and knowledge they have gained academically.

From time to time, Agrovince may also offer graduate programs and internship opportunities in other regions where we have partnerships or affiliations.

(ii) Semi-Skilled Apprenticeship

The Agrovince Trainee Program will provide individuals with the skills, tools, and resources needed to excel in the agricultural sector. Through hands-on experience, trainees will work in different areas of our operations including:

1. Sales and marketing

2. Printing and production

3. Supply chain

4. General agribusiness operations

ABOUT THE PROJECT

What began in 2006 as a small farming idea in Mgbagbu-Owa, Enugu State, Nigeria, later developed into mechanized farming in 2016 at Korkuteli/Akdoghan/Sandaler in North Cyprus.
This initiative is now growing rapidly into what will become a global food and agribusiness venture over the next five years.

The vision and consistent effort of Nwankwo Vincent (Vince) over the past 14 years have been the driving force behind the evolution of this organization.

ABOUT THE VISION

Vince has an inborn ability to see opportunities where others see challenges.
His determination to follow through on these opportunities is turning what began as a one-man agricultural activity into a global agribusiness solution.

INSPIRATION & ROLE

Agriculture is estimated to be four times more effective in reducing poverty than any other economic sector in the world.
Today, the world relies more on agriculture than ever—both for the rich and the poor—and no nation can prosper without it.

Although Vince pursued studies in information technology and computer programming, his greatest passion has always been agriculture. His goal is to help revive the global economy by inspiring the youth to engage massively in agricultural development and sustainability.
